- For language schools and other institutions: Please contact us to request access to the preparation centre portal before registering candidates. You can then register candidates online and use our tutorials to upload candidates and edit/search them.
- For TKT and DELTA Module 1 exams: You can visit our exam registration platform to register for TKT exam. To register for DELTA Module 1, please download the exam entry form and contact us via e-mail for payment instructions.
Step 2: Pay for your exam
To finalize your booking, the exam fee must be paid online or via bank transfer within the limited time frame. Candidates are normally given up to 7 days to complete payment for paper-based exam registrations and up to 14 days for computer-based exam registrations. However, the payment deadline is always subject to the exam registration closing date. For example, if a candidate registers shortly before registration closes, payment will need to be made promptly to secure their place.
- Online payment: Pay immediately via the registration portal using Visa or Mastercard.
- Bank transfer: At the end of the online registration process, select Offline Payment. Then email us to request an invoice, including the candidate’s name and the registration reference number generated by the portal. We will send you detailed payment instructions by email.
Crucial for bank transfers: Ensure the candidate’s name and your registration reference number are included in the transfer details. You will receive a "Summary and Payment" confirmation within two working days of receipt. Please also note that banks may charge you an additional fee for bank transfers.
Payment options for language schools and other institutions: Payments can be completed in three ways:
- Online card payment by candidates: After you register the candidates, they should contact us to complete their payment by card.
- Direct bank transfer: Request an invoice using this link. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provide within 48 hours.
- Cash payment: Cash payments may be available at our office or at remote payment collection locations announced at the beginning of each registration period, usually Novi Sad and Niš. Please contact us at info@britishcouncil.rs to schedule an appointment.
Step 3: Receive your exam confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, your Cambridge exam registration is complete.
- Confirmation of Entry (CoE): Two weeks before your first test date and ten days before your digital exam, you will receive an official email containing your full schedule, venue addresses, and candidate number.
- Young Learners (YLE): Parents will receive a specific email with exam day schedule and regulations approximately two weeks before the exam.
Assistance: If you haven’t received your CoE seven days before the Speaking window begins, please contact us immediately.
