The internet has decided.

We have the best digital solution that promotes a cultural institution, event or a project in this area. After collecting your proposals, our jury has chosen the five most innovative projects and created a shortlist. It was then up to you to vote and help your favourite win.

The best digital solution in the area of culture is project 'Taxi Drama' by Yugoslav Drama Theatre and creative agency McCann Belgrade. Congrats!

And here are the nominees you voted for:

TAXI Drama | Institution: Yugoslav Drama Theatre | Agency: McCann Belgrade | Three actors from the theatre company drove random passengers in Belgrade and told them their dramatic personal stories. Those stories were actually adapted plots of plays and the whole ride was being filmed by a hidden camera. The films were later shared on social media.
Serbia 1914 mobile app | Institution: Historical museum of Serbia | Agency: LiveViewStudio | This app was created in order to get the younger audiences interested in the cultural and historical heritage of Serbia. It uses augmented reality to enable the visitors to interact with exhibition pieces and its catalogue
Album of Memories of Our Ancestors from the World War I | Institution: The Association of the Descendants of Serbian Warriors from 1912 to 1920 | In order to mark one hundred years of the First World War a public invitation was sent to Serbian citizens to submit photos and other documents in order to create a digital, crowdsourced album.
FEST 2015 mobile app | Institution: International Film Festival FEST | Agency: Halo Team | This app allowed the users to easily browse through the films that were screened at the festival, and to create their personalised wish lists. If the phone was pointed to a hardcopy film ticket, the app would automatically play a trailer of that film.
Pupin mobile app | Institution: Gallery of Science and Technology SANU | Agency: LiveViewStudio | This app was used in order to further enrich an exhibition dedicated to the Serbian scientist Mihailo Pupin. It allows the visitors to activate various digital content in combination with the pieces. It is also connected to various parts of the catalogue
