Head Finance and Operations, Western Balkans

This post will manage Financial and HR services consisting of planning, forecasting, performance and compliance reporting for the Western Balkans cluster of countries made up of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia, which forms part of the Wider Europe Region. 

The post holder will help to transform the six countries that make up the Western Balkans cluster into a single Western Balkans operation, identify efficiencies through smarter procurement and new ways of working to build teams and processes that function effectively, whilst retaining distinct British Council offices in all countries.
