Our Internship Programme offers the unique opportunity to gain direct practical experience in an international environment and acquire new skills under the supervision of our experienced staff. Selected interns will work with our cluster team in implementation of donor funded projects in areas such as English, Education, Creative Economy.

The successful candidates will assist our project team in the following areas:

  • Providing support in communication, marketing, and social media activities (e.g. project success stories, web and social media updates)
  • Undertaking research and analysis, and contributing to the production of documents (including drafting notes, reports, briefs, emails, letters)
  • Compiling and organising project-related information and data
  • Assisting with logistics (e.g. arranging meetings, workshops, training courses)
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets
  • Supporting translation, report writing and preparation of presentation materials

  • Your CV should not exceed two A4 pages. For this position, volunteer and internship experience will be considered as relevant work experience and should be listed.

  • Eligibility: Applicants currently enrolled in undergraduate studies must have completed at least two years of full-time study at a university or equivalent institution towards an undergraduate degree. Applicants enrolled in master’s studies are also welcome to apply.
  • Deadline: The closing date for receipt of applications is 17 October 2025 at 17:00. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
