Get to know our partners and co-organizers on journey of introducing ICT solutions to education in Western Balkans region. In parallel with our two-day conference, we also organised a fair where over 30 ICT companies and educational institutions presented the latest technological solutions in education that they developed or introduced to the market. The participants were able to visit their stands, try out interactive classroom solutions, find out how to use the internet for high quality teaching and see a micro:bit devices for coding.

Tina Gotschi



Tina is a creative educator with a Master's Degree in Computer Science. She has taught Computer Science, Maths, and Art in schools and has worked as a developer and facilitator in the tech Industry. She joined Ada in 2016 and helped build the Computer Science Curriculum and shape the College in becoming a beacon of best practice in the teaching and learning of Digital Skills.

Ada's approach to education is rooted it digital but includes teaching the skills that our industry partners tell us time and time again they need in their future workforce. We develop creative problem solvers who build new maps for the future using technology. They are collaborators encouraged to think broadly beyond mastering technology to understanding the impact that technology has on us all.

Head of Digital Marketing Wider Europe, British Council

Željko Jovanović manages digital initiatives in this part of the world, from the Western Balkans, across Turkey to Russia and Uzbekistan. Over the past three years, he delivered series of social media workshops both internally and externally, working with the NGO sector and companies, including Vodafone Albania, UNICEF in Turkey, EU Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina and others.

He is also a member of the British Council’s global Team Social, a group of social media leaders for the organisation that have the aim to additionally integrate direct, innovative and more personal interaction with those who are interested in cultural relations, extending that experience to the digital playground across the world.

Currently, he is working on a tighter integration of traditional and digital marketing activities within the British Council’s arts, educational and other programmes.

British ambassador to serbia

Denis Keefe joined the UK Foreign Office in 1982. His first posting was at the British Embassy in Prague, where he later returned to help prepare Czech Republic to joining the EU. Between those two posts he worked on several crucial projects such as the German Unification and taking part in the Maastricht European Council.

He returned to the Foreign Office as Head of China Hong Kong Department, and then Far Eastern Group and was later appointed as the Ambassador to Georgia helping it to implement reforms. He then moved to Moscow, representing the UK as Deputy to the Ambassador. He has been Ambassador to Serbia since June 2014.

Fiona is an experienced Educational Consultant who has spent more than two decades helping schools to raise standards in maths. Fiona is skilled in Classroom Management, Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, Teacher Training and Staff Development. At Whizz Education, Fiona is responsible for developing and implementing the company's Educational Framework and Professional Development offering to support schools worldwide in integrating the Maths-Whizz virtual tutoring service.
