As part of the EU-funded Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans (CC4WBs) project, the Creative Mentorship for Young Professionals programme supports the next generation of cultural and creative professionals across the Western Balkans.
Launched in February 2025, this one-year programme brings together 30 young participants (aged 18 to 35) from six Western Balkans IPA beneficiary countries* who are active in the fields of culture, arts, and the creative industries. With guidance from 30 experienced mentors and support of the expert team of Creative Mentorship, participants engaged in a tailor-made educational programme and benefited from peer-to-peer exchange, gaining valuable knowledge, skills, and confidence to grow professionally and personally.

About Creative Mentorship
Creative Mentorship is an independent, nonprofit, civil society organization that has been developing and implementing mentorship and capacity-building programmes for professionals in the fields of arts, culture, creative industries, since 2011 in Serbia, the Western Balkans, and across Europe.
As an expert organization specializing in mentoring and capacity building, Creative Mentorship’s mission is threefold: First, through a year-long core mentorship program, Creative Mentorship empowers professionals and builds capacities in the culture, art, and media sectors. Creative Mentorship has been continuously supporting a steadily growing network of 350+ alumni through various programmes, debates, conferences, educational activities, and networking opportunities.Through the second pillar, Creative Mentorship promotes mentorship, life-long learning, personal and professional development, and mutual support and exchange of knowledge and experience. Finally, through the third pillar, Creative Mentorship shares its knowledge and methodology for developing and implementing mentorship programmes globally through international collaborations, while through its consultancy work, it supports other organizations in designing and developing their own mentorship programmes, or in implementing them with the support of the Creative Mentorship team.
